Solstice Intimates Affiliate Program: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Gang.

By joining the Solstice Intimates Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you agree to the terms and conditions geared toward keeping our partnership groovy, fair, and legally sound. These terms are a legal agreement between you (the “Affiliate” or “You”) and Solstice Intimates (the “Company”, “We”, or “Us”).

Please read these carefully. We want to make magic with you, but we also need to keep the vibes right.

  1. Joining the Gang (Enrollment)

To join, you must submit an application through our affiliate portal. We review every application to ensure your vibe matches ours. We look for creators who embody the Solstice spirit: adventurous, confident, and authentic.

  • We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, particularly if your site or content promotes violence, discrimination, illegal activities, or anything that clashes with our brand values.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
  1. The Goods (Commissions & Payouts)

We want you to get paid for sharing the love.

  • Commission Rate: You will earn a commission of 10% on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns) generated through your unique affiliate link or code.
  • Cookie Duration: Our tracking cookies last for 30 Days. If a customer clicks your link and buys within this window, you get the credit.
  • Payouts: Commissions are paid out As Requested via Stripe.
  • Threshold: You must earn a minimum of $50.00 in commissions before a payout is issued. Balances below this will roll over to the next month.
  • Returns: If a customer returns a product or cancels an order, the commission for that sale will be deducted from your next payout.
  1. Rules of the Road (Promotion Guidelines)

We want you to be creative, but there are a few rules to keep things running smoothly.

  1. The “Do’s”
  • Do create authentic content. Show us how you style Solstice on the road, at festivals, or lounging at home.
  • Do tag us. We love seeing your adventures.
  • Do disclose. To comply with FTC regulations, you must clearly disclose your relationship with us. Use hashtags like #ad, #sponsored, or #SolsticePartner in your posts.
  1. The “Don’ts”
  • No Coupon Sites: You may not post your affiliate code on coupon aggregation sites (like RetailMeNot, CouponCabin, etc.). This program is for content creators, not coupon scrapers.
  • No PPC Bidding: You are not permitted to bid on keywords containing “Solstice Intimates,” “Solstice,” or any misspellings thereof in Pay-Per-Click campaigns (Google Ads, etc.). You cannot pretend to be the official Solstice site.
  • No Spam: Don’t spam email lists or comment sections with your link. That’s not cool.
  • Marketplace Sites: We do not allow listings on ANY marketplace (like Amazon, Poshmark, etc.)
  • Resales Listings: This does not grant resale listing permission on your own or any other website or product platform.
  1. Content & creative

We encourage you to use your own photography—that’s why we picked you! However, we may also provide asset libraries for you to use.

  • Rights: By posting content featuring Solstice Intimates and tagging us, you grant us the right to repost/share your content on our social media channels (with credit to you, of course!).
  • Accuracy: Ensure you aren’t making false claims about the products (e.g., medical claims, false material descriptions).
  1. Breaking Up (Termination)

We hope this partnership lasts forever, but sometimes things change.

  • At-Will: Either party can end this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice (email works).
  • For Cause: If you violate these terms (e.g., fraud, spamming, bidding on our brand name), we may terminate your account immediately and withhold any unpaid commissions.
  1. The Legal Fine Print
  • Independent Contractor: You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Solstice Intimates. You are responsible for your own taxes.
  • Liability: Solstice Intimates will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.
  • Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
