What are your shipping options?
We offer flexible shipping options for both our domestic and international customers. Your shipping charges will be automatically calculated by the system at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $300!

Domestic Shipping (USA): You can choose between two different shipping speeds at checkout: Regular or Expedited.

Split Shipping (Domestic Only): If your order contains a mix of both Ready to Ship (RTS) and custom/made-to-order pieces, they will default to shipping together once the custom items are complete. If you want your ready-to-ship items sent out immediately, please select Split Shipping at checkout. Please note this option is only available for domestic orders.

International Shipping: We proudly ship worldwide! International delivery options and rates will be calculated at checkout.

Special Requests: If you require any specific shipping accommodations—such as extra insurance, signature confirmation, or a specific carrier—please email us at [email protected] prior to placing your order so we can assist you.
What's Your Return Policy?
Solstice Intimates does not offer returns or exchanges on ANY pieces — custom/made-to-order or RTS (ready to ship). Orders cannot be cancelled or adjusted after 48 hours of purchase due to our production process. If you cancel within the 48 hours, you will receive your money back LESS a 20% restocking fee.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us! Since we don’t do returns or exchanges, please feel free to leave sizing info and measurements in the comment box in your cart, or email us within 48 hours of purchase– for made-to-order only. This way we can help ensure the perfect fit!
We will review any products considered defective on a case by case basis. Any defects must be addressed within 10 days of your package delivery.
Can You Create Custom Pieces?
We do accommodate custom order requests within reason. These will be one of a kind pieces made just for you!! Please send an email detailing your idea and we can let you know if it is possible and provide a quote for you.
When Will I Receive My Order?
All Solstice Intimates products are handmade, but there are two categories: made-to-order and RTS (ready to ship). All product listings will specify which category they are in!
Our made-to-order products take UP TO 42 days. Some custom orders or holiday orders may require additional time.
Our RTS pieces take between 3-5 days to ship out.
If you order both RTS and Made-to-order pieces, your whole order will ship when the Made-to-order pieces are complete — if you want us to ship the RTS pieces first while waiting for the made-to-order pieces please select split shipping for your shipping method. Please note that we only offer split shipping for US Domestic orders.
Do You Offer Rush Processing?
Sorry but no. We can not prioritize someone else ahead of another customer who has already ordered.
If you need a piece in a short amount of time, please check the “RTS” (Ready To Ship) selection of our line.
What Are Your Shipping Policies?
PLEASE READ:
Most items are handmade to order and will ship in up to 6 weeks from the day you place your order. If you purchase specifically from the Ready to Ship (RTS) or Swimwear section, these Items are available to ship within 3-5 days. Please note, actual color may vary slightly due to lighting, computer and phone settings, etc.
NOTE • If you order both RTS and Made-to-order pieces, your whole order will ship when the Made-to-order pieces are complete — if you want us to ship the RTS pieces first while waiting for the made-to-order pieces please select split shipping when checking out and Made-to-order items separately.
All packages — both domestic and international — are shipped . If you would like a signature required, upgraded shipping or insurance added please contact us.
• We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. If your item shows as delivered please contact your local Post Office to file a missing package report.
-You may file a claim for insured mail, Collect on Delivery (COD) items, Registered Mail with postal insurance. or Priority Mail Express packages. Please file your claim immediately.

• Both domestic and international packages that are not accepted at point of delivery are not the responsibility of Solstice Intimates to re-ship or refund.
International Shipping:
• International orders returned to Solstice due to unclaimed customs will be returned to inventory after 90 days of no contact from the buyer. Solstice will attempt contact prior to the order being forfeited.
• International customers are able to order from our website, but are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
• All international orders are shipped first class. We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the product leaves the U.S. and cannot provide tracking past the U.S. border. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
