If you’ve been riding with us for a while, you know that Solstice Intimates is about a lot more than just handmade lingerie. It’s a mood. It’s 70s rock ‘n’ roll, dusty desert road trips, late nights in velvet bell bottoms, and unapologetic self-love. Everything we create—from the stitching on our bodysuits to the tags on our packaging—is designed to make you feel that exact magic.

Our logo has always been the visual heartbeat of that vibe. It’s a little bit retro, beautifully imperfect, and entirely us. But we wanted to take that energy and weave it into everything we do.

That’s where the absolute legends at Font Monger came in.

The Collaboration: Bottling the Solstice Vibe

We teamed up with the typography wizards at Font Monger to do something we’ve dreamed about for a long time: turn the iconic, vintage-inspired lettering of the Solstice Intimates logo into a fully functioning, custom font.

If you know Font Monger, you know they don’t just make letters; they build personalities. They took one look at our branding and understood the assignment completely. We didn’t want something clean, corporate, or overly polished. We wanted the grit, the curves, and the handmade soul that screams Solstice.

What Makes It So Special?

Creating a font from a single logo is no joke. The team at Font Monger had to design an entire alphabet, numbers, and symbols that felt like they naturally belonged to our original logo.

Here is what we love most about our new custom typeface:

  • The Retro Curves: Every letter features that signature sweeping, 1970s-inspired curve that makes you want to put on a vinyl record and dance around your bedroom.
  • The Authentic Grit: It doesn’t look like it was spit out by a computer. It has the authentic, hand-drawn feel of a vintage concert poster.
  • The Versatility: It’s bold enough to slap on a new piece of merch, but readable enough to tell our stories on the website.
